We offer an house membership plan that is designed to help deliver care to the entire family at an affordable price.
Annual Cost:
- Single Family Member Plan
$325 - Each additional immediate family member over 12 years of age
$255 - Each additional immediate family member under 12 years of age

Plan Details:
Each annual membership includes:
- 2 cleanings per year
- 2 dental exams
- 1 emergency exam
- Unlimited xrays
- Topcial Fluoride or Hydroxyapatite Varnish for patients 18 years and under
- 15-20% off all Standard Fees
- If a periodontal scaling and root planing is diagnosed ("deep cleaning"). The patient will receive 20% off of the standard fee, and the patient can use their credit for the cleaning included in the plan as their "periodontal maintenance cleaning." This is usually 8-12 weeks after their deep cleaning is completed.
- Payment for the plan is due annually
